About
Hello! I’m Alex, a writer & journalist based in London.
I specialise in:
➕ Health & wellbeing journalism
➕ Real life news & features
➕ Copywriting for editorial & brands
From completing my Comparative Literature BA to gaining my NCTJ Multimedia Journalism Diploma and making writing my livelihood – my love of words and language have remained front and centre throughout my life.
My other passion is people. Chatting and listening to people's stories is a joy and a privilege. I’m fortunate to have interviewed some brilliant humans for media and brands including Our Future Health, South London Press, Waitrose Health Magazine, NatWest and American Express.

Testimonials
"Alex approaches journalism - and health journalism in particular - with sensitivity, curiosity and precision. She is a natural interviewer, a determined researcher and her writing is always compelling, whatever the topic. Alex has a good eye - for sharp writing and visual storytelling too. She knows that in this digital age, a good story is a visual one, and what it takes to execute a story with assets that will reach the right people."
- Alice Wilkinson, Author & Deputy Head of Health Features at The Telegraph
